Most of the photographs were taken around Vancouver, British Columbia, but some were from Alberta (Jasper National Park), and one was from Devon, England.
All were taken with digital cameras - Canon 5D, 20D and 1D Mk3 SLRs. In many cases a tripod or monopod was used, or perhaps an IS (Image-stabilised) lens.
