Birds of Southern Vancouver Island
After my move to Victoria late in 2019 I was looking forward to exploring lots of new places in 2020 – well we all know what happened! Despite “the virus” I was able to get some decent photos (rules followed at all times).
Last year I said I would miss the Stanley Park owls I had tracked for almost twenty years – esp. around Beaver Lake. Well, as it turned out, there was a Barred Owl family at Elk/Beaver Lake in Saanich.
