Orca or “Killer Whale”. This male (identified by the large dorsal fin) is part of a “transient” pod photographed off Victoria, British Columbia. There are also a number of “resident” pods in the area. The residents are fish eaters - Salmon make for a good snack. The transients live off Seals, Sea Lions, Porpoises.
